[job_card.job_description]Build and maintain pipelines of top physicians, APPs, and healthcare leaders across multiple specialties. Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand their culture and toughest hiring challenges. This role will consistently be given new requisitions and roles to work, rather than relying on finding new business (no need to be a full desk recruiter). Have a strong track record in filling positions in the healthcare industry for Physicians, APP’s and Administrative Healthcare staff. Would describe yourself as a go-getter and high performer. Enjoy working for a smaller organization rather than a corporate behemoth. Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare leadership roles. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and digital tools. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and compensation discussions. Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and recruitment challenges. Present qualified candidates and manage the interview, feedback, and offer process. Use Loxo ATS to track candidate interactions, maintain data integrity, and manage job workflows. Develop sourcing campaigns and strategies for hard-to-fill roles across clinical and leadership specialties. Stay current on healthcare industry trends, licensure requirements, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 3–5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (physicians, APPs, and / or senior leadership required). Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical roles, administrative roles, and regulatory considerations. Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or specialized healthcare positions. Experience working with an ATS (Loxo experience strongly preferred). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
