Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Product Sales Specialists
Lead and coach the team on strategic selling and complex deal navigation
Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while driving operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
12+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in technical software solutions
3+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales or specialist team
In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering and related technologies
Bachelor's Degree
Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions with senior leadership
