Candidates must possess an active Illinois State license and DEA, with flexible scheduling options available for 4-10 hour or 5-8 hour shifts. Requirements : Active Illinois License & DEA

Position : Dentist

Dentist -  Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Illinois. The clinician will be required to hold an active Illinois State license & DEA.

Schedule : 4 – 10-hour shifts per week or 5 – 8-hour shifts per week

Compensation : $130 / hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance

Location : Locations throughout Illinois

Start Date : ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
