Job Summary

We are seeking a pesticide applicator to join our team. In this role, you will inspect outdoor property for signs of pest infestation, advise owners on treatment options, and provide pest control solutions. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and knowledgeable about various pests and their habitats. Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect yards and the surrounding environment for any signs of infestation
• Determine the types of pests and best possible treatment options
• Estimate and record the size of the areas to be treated
• Create a positive customer experience
• Implement various pest control methods for proper treatment
• Safely apply pesticides and organic material
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to study, apply for, and maintain a valid Massachusetts Core Applicator Pesticide License. We will help you with this!
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including potentially standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols when dealing with all products.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain detailed records of products used

Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
