The Parts Counterperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately selling and inventorying parts, and assisting customers with their parts needs. Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerAccurately identify and locate parts for customers, both in person and over the phoneProcess parts orders, payments, and returnsMaintain a clean and organized parts departmentMonitor and control inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of parts at all timesCollaborate with other departments across the dealership to ensure efficient and effective operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat businessStay updated on new products and services to make informed recommendations to customersMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and goalsAdhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements :
Previous parts sales or customer service experience in the auto industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsProficient in using computer systems and software programsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent, some college preferredEEOC statement :
