Full-Time | Direct Hire (W2)

Salary : $85,000$105,000 (DOE)

This is a full-time, direct-hire OT position in Albuquerque, NM , supporting patients in their homes helping them restore independence, dignity, and quality of life in familiar surroundings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000$105,000 annual salary (based on experience)
  • Mileage reimbursement (federal rate)
  • Full benefits : medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
  • Sign-on bonus (negotiable)

  • W2 employment with long-term stability and clinical autonomy

    • What Youll Do

  • Perform in-home OT evaluations and develop custom care plans
  • Help patients regain ADLs, safety, and confidence at home
  • Educate families and caregivers with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborate with RNs, PTs, and team members to deliver holistic care
  • Keep documentation accurate, timely, and compliant

    • What Youll Need

  • Active OT license in New Mexico (or compact state)
  • 1+ year of OT experience (home health preferred)
  • Strong documentation habits (experience with systems like Oasis is a plus)
  • Compassion, reliability, and genuine commitment to patient care
  • Reliable transportation and comfort working in the home environment
