Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at My Coral Care in Montgomery, AL. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data, processing medical records, and maintaining a high level of data integrity. Responsibilities :

  • Accurately and efficiently enter patient data, medical records, and other relevant information into our electronic health record system
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality
  • Perform data backups and ensure data security
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and data entry software a plus
