Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, help match them with the right car, and ensure an outstanding dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build rapport and trust with every guest—listen actively to understand their needs.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and explain financing and aftermarket options.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about inventory.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Handle paperwork and sales processes accurately and efficiently.
• Foster a positive team environment with integrity and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and motivated to succeed.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
