Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Assistant Banking Center Manager. This role supports daily branch operations, drives sales performance, and provides leadership to a customer-focused team in a retail banking environment.

Job Description :

The Assistant Banking Center Manager will help oversee branch operations, support team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position plays a key role in developing business, strengthening customer relationships, and maintaining efficient and compliant banking center processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the management of daily branch activities, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to staff
• Assist with opening accounts, processing loan applications, and handling customer financial transactions
• Build strong relationships with clients and recommend appropriate banking products
• Expand business through community involvement, outreach, and developing referral sources
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and assist in resolving complex issues
• Foster a positive team culture by providing feedback, encouraging engagement, and supporting development
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, audit practices, and operational policies
• Complete required sales and service training for both yourself and branch team members
• Uphold security protocols for opening, closing, and general branch operations
• Carry out supervisory tasks including coaching, scheduling, approving transactions, and participating in evaluations
