Key Responsibilities
Hit or exceed monthly new business quotas and secure new accounts
Prospect and build a client pipeline while managing free trials to paying accounts
Schedule and conduct demos with clients, cultivating relationships to accelerate sales
Required Qualifications
1+ year of cold calling and prospecting experience
Proven success as an Account Executive with a focus on new business acquisition
High output activity with strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with a 30-45 day sales cycle and prior B2B experience preferred
Knowledge of the job board / HR industry is a plus
