Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Mauldin, SC! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Phlebotomist II (part-time)

Location : Mauldin, SC 29662

Shift Schedule :

Peace Medical Mauldin : Mon / Tue / Thu — 8 : 30 AM–2 : 00 PM

Peace Medical Simpsonville : Saturday — 10 : 00 AM–1 : 30 PM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $18 - 21.30 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment.
• Confidently perform both forensic and clinical specimen collections.
• Verify patient demographic information, obtain initials / signatures, and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
• Maintain accurate documentation and required records.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, peers, supervisors, and providers.
• Represent the organization professionally and promote a positive patient experience.
• Travel to multiple locations as required, sometimes with minimal notice.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, overtime, or additional coverage.
• Work independently with minimal direct supervision.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience – Required , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
