Position Overview

As a Destination Specialist youll serve as a destination expert advising clients on where to go what to do and how to make the most of their time abroad. Youll use your knowledge of global destinations resorts and tours to design personalized travel experiences tailored to each clients interests and budget.

This role is perfect for someone who loves researching destinations planning trips and sharing travel knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on specific destinations including attractions accommodations and local experiences.

Design custom travel itineraries and vacation packages for individuals couples and groups.

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals budgets and preferences.

Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to book accommodations tours and transportation.

Stay up to date on travel restrictions safety protocols and destination trends.

Handle client inquiries changes and special requests promptly and professionally.

Support marketing efforts by creating destination spotlights or promotional materials.

Maintain detailed client and booking information in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Previous experience in travel consulting destination management or hospitality preferred.

Strong knowledge of popular global destinations (Caribbean Europe Asia etc.).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with great time management.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Passion for travel and enthusiasm for sharing destination insights.
