Key Responsibilities :
Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, and other channels
Perform basic member service transactions and account maintenance
Identify member needs, offer solutions, and recommend additional products and services
Required Qualifications :
1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and services
Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
