Seeking a PRN Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner in Fort Wayne, IN : Join Lutheran Health Network

Lutheran Hospital , part of the  Lutheran Health Network , is seeking a licensed NP or PA to work PRN in our  RediMed urgent care clinic. You will provide urgent and non-urgent healthcare and occupational  health services to patients of all ages, including fracture stabilization, laceration repair, foreign body  removal and minor illness management. Experienced providers or new grads with strong critical care / ED  experience will be considered.

Highlights of Practice

• Busy walk-in clinic
• Weekday coverage, 16-20 hours per week
• Evaluate and treat wide variety of acute and chronic conditions as well as workers comp injuries  within scope of practice, including medication management
• Strong collaborative team of providers
• Perform DOT, post offer, and sport physicals
• Orders labs / diagnostic procedures; interprets data (EKGs, X-Rays, lab studies)
• In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care
