Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage a team of analysts overseeing portfolio management

Design and implement monitoring frameworks for a Billion $+ portfolio

Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize strategies

Required Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in an analytically driven role, with a focus on credit risk or pricing strategies

2+ years of team management experience

Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Intellectual curiosity and strong quantitative skills

Preferred : Python programming skills and experience in consumer or small business lending
