Evictions Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Evictions to oversee eviction processes and manage vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and report on eviction case progress across clients and markets

Oversee eviction coordinator performance and enforce SLAs for timely processing

Provide national attorney and vendor oversight, including performance reviews and onboarding

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of prior eviction management or legal coordination experience in the SFR industry

Experience managing complex legal or jurisdictional requirements for SFR property management

Experience managing 5+ nationwide legal or operational vendors

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk

Strong organizational and time-management skills
