Sales Consultant – Base Pay + Commission – Clear Growth Opportunities

Don Hattan Derby | Just south of Wichita | Full-Time | Every Sunday Off

You don’t need car sales experience to succeed here. Our top performers come from all kinds of backgrounds — bartenders, servers, call center pros, personal trainers, even pastors. If you can talk to people, build trust quickly, and stay motivated, you can build a real career here.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with customers through calls, texts, and in-person conversations
  • Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features clearly and enthusiastically
  • Follow up to ensure customers are happy and stay connected

  • A natural communicator who connects quickly and easily
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat, and persuasive — people enjoy talking with you
  • Comfortable working with and through others to reach shared goals
  • Energized by teamwork, relationships, and helping others succeed

    • Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
