The Director - Investment Strategy plays a crucial role in providing investment expertise in support of our client advisory teams. This individual will play a key role in communicating investment strategy, portfolio construction support, and general investment advice to client advisors in support of client portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in public and private markets and be able to clearly articulate investment strategies to internal teams and clients.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
1. Investment Strategy and Oversight
2. Portfolio Management and Advisor Support
3. Research, Due Diligence, and Product Development
4. Thought Leadership and Client Engagement

At Cresset, we focus on people first. As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary range : $175,000 - $250,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses / certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location. Cresset offers a competitive compensation package including an annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, health savings accounts, short and long-term disability insurance, voluntary critical and accident insurance, and pre-tax parking and transportation programs.
