Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, growth plan, and governance for assigned strategic partners
Ensure GTM teams are enabled to execute partner-driven growth motions and oversee joint business plans
Develop scalable partner processes and facilitate operational alignment across teams for a seamless partner experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic alliances, or channel leadership within enterprise technology
Experience as a Microsoft ISV or within Microsoft's partner ecosystem
Proven ability to grow large-scale strategic partnerships driving significant revenue outcomes
Strong program leadership skills with experience in designing frameworks and operational processes
Exceptional cross-functional influence and a data-driven, strategic mindset
