A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll operations and support payroll tax activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees, including validation and reporting
Resolve payroll tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies
Maintain payroll system data integrity and document processes for improvement
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience, or 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
3-5 years of hands-on payroll experience, particularly in multi-state processing
Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and agency correspondence
Proficiency with payroll systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, or Workday
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with laws affecting payroll processing
