A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to assist with payroll data entry and processing.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain employee time and pay data in Workday and ADP
Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness
Support multi-state payroll processing and maintain payroll records
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in reconciling and balancing numerical data
Ability to calculate paycheck amounts and understand taxable versus gross wages
