We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.

• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.

• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).

• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.

• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications:

• Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.

• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.
