Pennsylvania Licensed Staff Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist Refill Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

Gather pertinent information from incoming calls regarding medications and utilize scripting to respond to caller needs

Review patient medication profiles and authorize prescription refills based on clinical guidelines

Document encounters in the electronic medical record and notify patients of completed prescription refills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required); Doctoral Degree (Preferred)

Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days

Experience in a clinical environment preferred

Proficiency in order processing and medication review

Ability to collaborate with health system physicians
