ROLE IMPACT This role plays a vital part in driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency across accounting functions. By leading reconciliations, system integrations, and process improvements, the Senior Accounting Analyst helps maintain integrity in financial reporting and contributes to strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine and non-routine reconciliations of internal accounting data systems; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and implement process improvements, including documentation and training
• Support M&A activities including systems and process integration
• Partner with business units to gather metrics, improve service levels, and deliver actionable reporting
• Analyze offshore production against SLAs to identify quality or performance gaps and propose corrective actions
