Oregon Licensed Structural Engineer

A company is looking for a Structural Design Engineer 4 to perform civil structural analyses and design for Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures.

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize advanced structural engineering tools to design various structures, including post-processing analytical results

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and structural engineering consultants to coordinate design activities

Develop, review, and finalize requirement documents, methodology documents, and design reports

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; advanced degree preferred

At least 8 years of experience in nuclear / non-nuclear structural design

Proficiency in designing and analyzing concrete and steel structures with relevant design software

Familiarity with codes such as ASCE 43, ASCE 4, ACI 349 & 318, ASCE 7, IBC, and AISC N690

Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
