We are seeking a Director of Onboarding & Implementation to lead and scale our client launch process, ensuring every new customer realizes rapid time-to-value. You will design and refine onboarding frameworks, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary advocate for client success during the critical implementation phase. The ideal candidate thrives on operational excellence, customer engagement, and continuous process improvement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Define and operationalize a repeatable, scalable onboarding methodology that drives adoption and accelerates ROI for new customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Design training programs and materialsboth instructor-led and self-serviceto educate clients on Strider's platform capabilities.
• Track and report on onboarding KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, client satisfaction scores), and partner with Data & Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the escalation point for implementation-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction.
