Position Overview

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across Five Star Franchising’s multi-brand home-services platform. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for maintaining and validating our data warehouse, writing and optimizing queries and reports, and ensuring analytical consistency across all franchise brands. In addition to supporting ongoing operational reporting, this role will be instrumental in preparing and validating data for external audits, Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements, and due-diligence requests related to potential company transactions.

This is a full time position requiring the candidate to work from our offices located in Springville, Utah a minimum of four days per week.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Management & Integrity

• Maintain, monitor, and improve the accuracy and completeness of data within the company’s data warehouse.
• Partner with brand-level operations and IT to ensure data pipelines from brand systems (e.g., CRM, POS, accounting) are properly maintained and validated.
• Develop and execute data quality audits and reconciliation processes to identify and correct data anomalies.
