Your Role at Baxter

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for crafting and completing manual and automation test activities for key applications and hardware within R&D. This is your chance to create a tangible impact on healthcare solutions that save lives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with our R&D teams to develop and maintain comprehensive test case coverage
• Writing manual tests that verify key transactions and capture objective evidence
• Diving deep into testing and data-driven troubleshooting to identify and resolve device and software issues
• Identifying and crafting data to support tests, and analyzing results to inform root cause analysis
• Developing innovative solutions to technical problems, and sharing your knowledge with the team
• Staying ahead of the curve by incorporating business, market, industry, and competitive knowledge into your technical solutions
• Using your creativity to find new ways to solve problems and improve processes
• Detailing your compositions and communicating them effectively to the team

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 1-2 years of experience as an automation engineer
• Experience using C# and .NET
• Basic knowledge of automation and Selenium
• Testing certifications such as ISTQB are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and interface concepts
• Experience with test repositories like Jama and Jira
