Sr. Account Executive, Auto

Our client is an Insurance Company specializing in the Auto industry. They are located in SE Florida and have been in existence since 1962. They are currently seeking to fill two positions in house for Senior Account Executives. Duties are to service existing accounts and cross sell other product offerings in conjunction with that service. Position will work from company office in Boca Raton. Some travel (minimal) may be required. Familiarity with
Personal and or Commercial Lines Auto policies needed. Marketing and customer service experience would be good as well.

Compensation is a base hourly rate based on 40 hour work week in addition a bonus will be paid for any referrals to sales staff that result in purchase of additional insurance products. Total compensation can reach $35 to $50k range. The company is employee owned (ESOP). All employees will have the opportunity to purchase and accrue company stock for retirement after an initial waiting period. You will be an owner in the company!
