Express Employment in Fort Smith is partnering with a local manufacturing company to add skilled welders to their team. You will interview with Express first, then complete a weld test at the hiring company. Your offer will be based on your test results and experience.
What your first weeks look like
- Meet with our Fort Smith office to discuss the opportunity (we’ll share the company’s name and address during your interview).
- Head to the facility for a weld test : T-joint (flat and vertical), root, and two-bead cap.
- Begin working through Express with weekly pay. After you complete 520 hours (about 3 months), you’re eligible to be hired directly by the company.
