About the Job

We are seeking a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Program Leader to guide our team in collaboration with the local Leadership Board. Our perfect candidate is a spiritually mature individual actively engaged in their church community, possessing outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. They will be skilled in managing a wide range of administrative tasks. The Program Leader will work part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of initially exceeding 20 hours, especially during summer months.

Job Responsibilities : Managing the LifeWise 5 L's

• Leadership : Focus on the people aspect of the program and maintain a strong team.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a diverse team of volunteers.
• Location : Manage program facilities and transportation needs.
• Coordinate and upkeep transportation and learning environments.
• Logistics : Ensure smooth operational relations with schools and districts.
• Organize and execute operational procedures and details effectively.
• Loot : Manage the program's financial elements, including fundraising and budgeting.
• Build strong networks for financial support and oversee program finances.
• Language : Handle communication and outreach for the program.
• Promote the program through effective community engagement and communication.

Support

The Support Center will walk alongside you throughout your journey! You will receive a detailed plan, continuous training, and specialized coaching to help you bring Bible education to public school students in your community.
