Job Title : Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Location : Austin, TX

Reports To : Marketing Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to begin their career in marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support the organization of promotional events and tradeshows
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Help create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and website
  • Maintain and update the marketing database and track campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing strategies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
