WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • As an SDR, you are at the forefront of our sales strategy, responsible for uncovering new business opportunities and laying the groundwork for successful partnerships.
  • If you thrive on building relationships, networking, and making meaningful connections, this is the perfect role for you.
  • Your day-to-day will include :

  • Prospecting and generating leads to identify potential customers.
  • Engaging with Property Managers, Building Engineers, and Facility Supervisors to introduce our services and build rapport.
  • Making calls, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling appointments to drive new business.
  • Building trust and uncovering needs by actively listening to prospects.
  • Collaborating with the sales team by providing valuable insights to help close deals.
  • You’ll receive mentorship and hands-on training from our experienced Director of Service Sales and work alongside the best in the industry to sharpen your skills and achieve success.
  • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE :

  • You’re fearless and persistent in making calls, sending follow-ups, and booking appointments.
  • You consistently drive new relationships and grow our book of business.
  • You can effectively identify customer needs and turn prospects into long-term, profitable accounts.
  • You master the sales process, from generating leads to collaborating with the sales team to close deals.
  • You confidently leverage CRM tools and quoting systems to manage opportunities and track your progress.
  • You continuously develop existing relationships while pursuing new avenues for growth.
