Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various e-commerce sources, including sales platforms, inventory systems, marketing tools, and customer databases
• Develop and manage data pipelines and processes to ensure ongoing data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly present trends and insights to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations to improve performance, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives
• Monitor and report on key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, product performance, and operational metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting data requests and partnering with analysts, developers, and operational teams to enable data-driven decisions
• Stay current with emerging analytics tools, data visualization best practices, and industry trends to continually enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
• Must be flexible to work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, averaging 40 hours per week
• Provide customer service support during peak holiday periods
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
