Job Summary : We are seeking a recent college graduate to join our team as an Equipment Engineer. In this entry-level role, you will assist in daily manufacturing operations by supporting process optimization, quality improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world production challenges and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Meetings and Management with Partners / Vendors
• Equipment Investment and Schedule Management
• Investment Execution Based on Company Processes
• Monitor OEE and Line of Balance(LOB) after improvements are made
• Install / modify / analyze / repair / test new tools / machines / equipment and technology to line (i.e. installation of production equipment such as winder,assembly,formation, etc.)
• Collaborate with related departments to improve process quality and conduct equipment modification and improvement activities
• Manage plans for daily maintenance activities
• Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards
