Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer - Financial Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend services and data pipelines for financial booking and reporting

Work on systems that transform financial data across internal platforms and finance tools

Contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of reliable production-grade systems

Required Qualifications

Strong programming background, preferably in Java or Scala

Experience building or supporting production services or data pipelines

Comfortable working with structured data and data models

Interest in learning about finance and accounting concepts

Team player who takes ownership and enjoys working on long-lived systems
