Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries and manage multiple accounts

Analyze accounts, determine next steps for resolution, and generate timely invoices

Collaborate with management to reduce aging accounts through communication and process improvements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of revenue cycle experience, with a focus on accounts receivable processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and billing systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of detailed information

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
