Senior Deal Desk Analyst

The Senior Deal Desk Analyst is responsible for modeling and analyzing data to support deal structuring ensuring alignment with company policies and pricing strategies. This position partners closely with sales to structure complex deals enhance pricing models and maintain compliance through documented standards and decision matrices. It involves conducting financial analysis developing dashboards and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. The role also supports cross-functional collaboration manages multiple projects and contributes to the optimization of internal systems and sales performance metrics.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Model and analyze data to support deal structuring ensuring compliance with company policies
• Review and enhance documented standards for compliant deals and enhance the deal decision matrix
• Partner with the Sales team in the structuring and pricing of complex deals ensuring deals are aligned to guidelines company policies processes and systems
• Conduct analysis related to deal structures new product pricing price book refresh efforts dashboards and reporting. Leverage domain knowledge to make data-driven recommendations on areas of improvement efficiencies and accuracy and provide insights to decision makers
• Develop maintain and make recommendations on enhancements to pricing models which allow the Sales team to communicate complex non-standard deal terms throughout the organization and with customers.
• Independently execute upon knowledge and expertise of the opportunity-to-cash cycle including operations order processing fulfillment revenue recognition and legal contracts and mentor other Deal Desk team members on these processes
• Serve as a resource for internal stakeholders responding to and resolving problems through research consulting with internal support teams to identifying the appropriate tools for success
• Manage multiple projects deal types systems and / or specific functions ensuring timeliness and elevated level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales Operations Analysts to optimize sales-specific functionality within nCinos internal environment and lead internal data cleansing efforts with external sources that provide updated data regarding prospects and nCinos target markets
• Partner with sales organization on tracking and analysis of key performance indicators and metrics
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy save time and minimize errors.
• Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making elevate customer experience and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value driving innovation and smarter ways of working.
• Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting which is used to determine new hire rates / salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge skills abilities proficiencies experience education licensures / certifications as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is :

$81600.00 - $128900.00
