Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and driven Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in the insurance industry. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of personal lines accounts, including standard and high-net-worth clients, with the potential to grow into commercial lines.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000
- 401(k): 4% company match
Responsibilities
- Manage the full A–Z sales and service process for personal lines insurance accounts.
- Generate new business through a mix of self-generated leads (80%) and company-provided leads (20%).
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals of 20 new business policies or $4,100 in revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Utilize Applied EPIC (CRM) and EZLynx (rater) software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Build and maintain a small book of business after 60–90 days.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of personal lines sales experience (captive or independent). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZLynx preferred.
- Soft Skills: Hungry and driven to succeed. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth. Persistent and sales-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
