Job Description

Delivery Driver – Full Time

Logistically Straight, LLC (LSTR) is hiring dependable full- and part-time Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering Amazon packages from the DAU7 warehouse in Round Rock, TX.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay : $22.50 per hour

Pay Increase : Eligible to earn up to $23.50 per hour after performance / metric evaluation and JJ Keller DOT certification

Bonuses : Weekly performance incentives and overtime opportunities

Schedule :

Shifts run 8–10 hours, beginning at 11 : 00 AM (no early-morning shifts)

Weekends required (at least one weekend day each week)

Set weekly schedules—no Monday–Friday only positions

Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver 150–300 packages per shift to residences, apartments, and businesses

Complete assigned routes within scheduled shift

Provide driver “rescue” support when needed

Follow all company policies and safety protocols

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Requirements

Age : 21 years or older

License : Valid U.S. driver’s license

Background : Clean 7-year criminal and 7-year motor vehicle history

Physical : Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Work Eligibility : Authorized to work in the U.S.

Driving : Comfortable operating a large cargo van
