At The Studio, classic American cuisine is elevated with modern touches, highlighting seasonal ingredients and creative presentations. With the artistry and energy of Milwaukee’s Theater District as its backdrop, The Studio offers guests a dining experience that is refined, warm, and memorable.

What will you be doing?

Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.

Present menus, describe dishes and specials, and make thoughtful recommendations.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Serve meals and beverages in a timely, polished manner, ensuring proper presentation.

Anticipate guest needs by refilling drinks, offering additional items, and checking in throughout service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and dining areas.

Collaborate with servers, server assistants, bartenders, and management to provide seamless service.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Assist with other duties as requested by management.

What we are looking for :

Prior serving experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or fine dining environment.

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced setting.

Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to create memorable experiences for guests.
