2YRS OR Tech First Assist

Start Date : 11 / 17

Shift : 40HRS Day / Mid

Traveler will rotate between 07 : 00?17 : 30 and 09 : 00?19 : 30 based on the needs of the unit.

Local Rate within 60 Miles : SEE AM

2 years experience required

Must have 1 prior travel assignment

Call Coverage : Holiday call on Christmas 2025 or New Year?s Day 2026.

On-Call / Weekend Requirement : On call for 3?4 weekdays and 2?3 weekends (OB call required), including either a Saturday or Sunday within a 6-week period

Certs REQ : NBSTSA CSFA and BLS

Surgical First Assist Skills Req : Suturing all wound layers including muscle and fascia, Tying / ligating clamped vessels or tissues, Wound dressing; liquid or spray occlusive

Professional Knowledge and Skills REQ : Instrument Processing, Isolation Precautions, Laser Safety, Sterilization / Disinfection

Previous Charge Experience Preferred

Work Setting Skills Preferred : Acute Inpatient OR, CVOR, Outpatient OR

Surgery Case Skill Req : Endo / Laparoscopic, ENT, General, Gyn, Ortho, Ortho / Spine, Ortho / Total joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Urology, Vascular
