High School Diploma required or GED.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesThe following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:Customer Service experience.Strong analytical skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.Ability to learn specific software.Preferred QualificationsRequired License/Registration/CertificationsJob Duties:* Scans and links documents to Perceptive Content (imaging system) workflow for student record maintenance.* Assists the front counter to process transcripts requests, meningitis vaccine requirements, and other transactions at the customer service counter.* Completes special assignments, tasks and projects as directed.Physical Requirements:Communicating with others to exchange information.Environmental Hazards:No adverse environmental conditions expected.Work Schedule:Mon-Fri up to 19 hours per week between 8a-5pDriving University Vehicle:NoSecurity Sensitive:This is a Security Sensitive Position.Special Instructions:Applicants must submit a minimum of two professional references as part of their application.
