Title: Senior Transportation Engineer - Roadway Design, P.E.

We're seeking a seasoned Roadway Design Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing and optimizing road networks, utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR or Microstation to bring projects to life.
What You'll Do:
- Lead roadway design projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and permitting requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations to optimize roadway layouts, alignments, and grading.
- Utilize your proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR or Microstation to create detailed designs, alignments, profiles, and cross-sections
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that address client needs and project objectives.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and address concerns.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in roadway design, with a strong understanding of the permitting process and applicable codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR or Microstation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
