We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Case Management to lead, standardize, and strengthen case management systems across programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness throughout Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties.

What You'll Do :

• Provide strategic oversight and clinical supervision for all case management functions
• Develop and standardize policies, procedures, and documentation systems across programs
• Oversee Medi-Cal and CalAIM billing compliance, including encounter reporting and audits
• Design and deliver staff training on documentation, clinical engagement, and compliance
• Supervise Case Management Managers across multiple counties
• Collaborate with Program Directors to align clinical and operational goals
• Foster a trauma-informed, data-driven culture of excellence and professional growth
• Serve as subject matter expert on case management for leadership and funders
