We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager with a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral / affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with matured affiliates.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners
• Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs
• Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives
• Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally
• Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance
