[job_card.job_description]Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Electronic Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining and modernizing ERP applications such as Oracle / SAP with experience in key modules like Engineering Planning Manufacturing (BOM WIP etc.) Purchasing Order Management Inventory Warehouse Management / Mobile Supply chain. Must have 5 years experience with the following : managing and system integrations; interfacing with business process owners and supporting and interacting with team members at all levels of the organization; and experience directing and prioritizing onshore / offshore resources for functional and technical support. Must have 2 years experience in leading IT strategy developing road maps. Must have 1 year of experience with knowledge of Gen AI Python programming skills and RAG architecture are required to build modern applications leveraging ERP data. Certifications required : CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CSM (Certified ScrumMaster). Up to 15% of travel to domestic and international engagements. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. Location : Mason OH 40 hours / week Employee Referral Fee : $1500 If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
Responsibilities
Sr. IT Manager for Intelligrated Headquarters LLC in Mason OH
Responsibilities :
- Lead IT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for a Line of Business region or function within Honeywell.
- Act as the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology.
- Act as a key member of the business leadership team by engaging in all aspects of running the business with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives.
- Develop business IT strategy recommend IT solution roadmaps and set local IT priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement ensure compliance and cyber safety as well as manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan.
- Run MOS for solution delivery provide IT updates to business educate business on technology and manage IT professionals.
