We invite applications for a Research Fellow / Associate position in Dr. Jichao Chen’s lab (). This position is in the Cincinnati Children's Division of Pulmonary Biology with a collaborative, rich intellectual environment and offers a unique opportunity for groundbreaking research in lung biology in the era of computational genomics. Dr. Chen’s research is published in Nature, Developmental Cell, PNAS, Nature Communications, etc. and is stably funded for at least the next 7 years. Dr. Chen’s trainees have received NIH F31 and K99 awards and obtained independent faculty positions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developmental and cell biology, genetics, and genomics and be ready to study transcriptional and epigenetic control of cell fates in lung development and diseases.

Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
REQUIRED
The applicant should have a Doctoral Degree in cell biology, genetics, and genomics and be ready to study transcriptional and epigenetic control of cell fates in lung development and diseases. Preferred candidates should also be highly self-motivated and have a track record of publications.
