What Youll Do

• Plan, organize, and manage the daily and weekly production schedule to meet customer deadlines.
• Create and maintain production work orders in the NetSuite ERP system.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders for raw materials such as foam, fiber, boxes, and packaging.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Partner with Production, Procurement, and Fulfillment to ensure materials flow efficiently through every stage.
• Identify and help resolve bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts quickly.
• Support order fulfillment operations during peak production periods.
• Keep detailed records to ensure accuracy and accountability.

What You Bring

• 35 years of experience in production planning, supply-chain coordination, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive, problem-solving attitude you see challenges as opportunities.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

• Mostly office-based with frequent walks to the warehouse and production floor.
• Occasional standing, bending, or lifting of light materials.
