About the Role :

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize occupancy, and ensure exceptional tenant experiences for our [residential / commercial / mixed] portfolio. You'll be the face of our propertiesbalancing tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Tenant & Leasing Management :

  • Market vacancies, screen applicants (credit / background checks), and execute leases in compliance with fair housing / local laws.
  • Conduct move-in / move-out inspections and handle tenant communications / conflict resolution.

2. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination :

  • Schedule repairs, inspections, and emergencies with trusted vendors (plumbers, electricians, and cleaners).
  • Perform routine property walkthroughs to uphold safety and curb appeal.

    • 3. Financial Oversight :

  • Collect rent, track delinquencies, and enforce lease terms.
  • Prepare monthly owner statements, annual budgets, and expense reports.

    • 4. Compliance & Reporting :

  • Ensure adherence to local housing regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies.
  • Document incidents, maintenance logs, and lease agreements.
